Founder and CEO of RD Adams Enterprises LLC d.b.a. ONE Elite Staffing.  Romona D. Adams hails from Frisco, Texas. The all-time American entrepreneur and inventor holds a BBA degree which she gained from the Amberton University, Dallas, Texas.

 

Over time, the multi-faceted entrepreneur has worked with a juxtapose career. She has extensive experience and first-hand knowledge in the field of human resources and IT recruiting, project manager, and an executive placement staffer. Her administrative experience in these fields, gives her an upper-hand in the industry. Venturing into the insurance industry, Adams worked as an independent Adjuster, also as a Claims Adjuster for the prestigious BP Deepwater Horizon, Oil Project for Worley Catastrophic Services, and eventually as a P&C adjuster at the State Farm Companies, attaining the rank of manager.

 

Today, Romona has apparently combined her in-depth business acumen, human resources experience, and claim adjuster management skills to birth her own company, RD Adams Enterprises LLC. Which is one of the elite staffing companies in Texas. Without a doubt Romona has a great affinity for her career and looks forward to proffering better solutions to the industry.

 

She is happily married and blessed with three kids. She’s a devoted Christian-a member of the Potter’s House of Dallas and also a partner of the One Community Church.
